Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

The purpose of a temporary suspension proceeding is to [will] determine whether a person's license to practice medicine should be temporarily suspended in accordance with the Act, §164.059.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
