Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
(a)The composition and functions of the committee are [shall be] as prescribed by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6573a, §23.

(b)(No change.)

(c)The committee shall conduct its meetings[ Meetings of the committee shall be conducted] in substantial compliance with Robert's Rules of Order.

(d)The secretary of the committee, or in the secretary's absence, a member designated by the chairman, shall prepare minutes of each meeting and submit the minutes to the committee for approval and for filing with the commission.[Minutes of each meeting shall be prepared by the secretary of the committee, or in the secretary's absence, by a member designated by the chairman. Minutes shall be submitted to the committee for approval and shall be filed with the commission upon approval.]

(f)Hearings before the committee concerning the [registration, ] licensing[,] or discipline of real estate inspectors will [shall] be conducted in accordance with §535.224 of this title (relating to Proceedings before the Committee).
