(a)Definitions.

  (1)(No change.)

  (2)"Purchaser" means the person who signs the contract to buy a burial marker or monument from you, and includes a person authorized under the terms of the contract to act for such person in connection with the contract. If such person is deceased and is the person for whom the marker or monument has been purchased, the term also includes any person listed in Health and Safety Code, §711.002 [§711.002(a)], as you deem appropriate under the circumstances.
