Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

(a) - (b)(No change.)

(c)A license, [or] certification , or trainee approval issued by the board is valid for two years from the date of issuance.

[(d)Approval as an appraiser trainee is valid for one year from the date of issuance.]

(d)[(e)] Registration as a temporary out-of-state appraiser is valid for the period determined by the board, not to exceed six months.

(e)[(f)] A certification, license, approval, authorization, or registration is not renewed until the renewal has been issued by the board.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
