Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

(a)If the board proposes to deny a certification, [ or] license, trainee approval, or registration [or issue an adverse criminal history evaluation letter], the board shall promptly give written notice to the applicant. If the applicant is or intends to be sponsored by another licensee, the board shall send a copy of the notice to the sponsor or intended sponsor.

(b) - (c)(No change.)

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
