Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

For the purpose of certifying to the Board that an applicant has reviewed the owners of the entity as required by the Act and that no such owner has had a license or certificate to act as an appraiser denied, revoked, or surrendered in lieu of revocation unless the license or certification was subsequently granted or reinstated, the applicant may rely on the Appraisal Subcommittee's online license/certification database.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
