Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

(a)A registrant on inactive status may not engage in any activity for which registration is required.

(b)In order to return from inactive status to active status, a registrant shall submit to the Board a completed Request for Active Status form and proof of compliance with all outstanding requirements for active registration.

(c)A registrant that has been on inactive status may not engage in any activity for which registration is required until the active registration has been issued by the Board.

(d)A registrant may not renew on inactive status. An inactive registrant must satisfy all renewal requirements for an active registration.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
