Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

A person practicing dentistry in the State of Texas must maintain the entire dental office in a clean and sanitary condition, and such premises shall be maintained in full compliance with all health requirements of the city or county, or both, in which such office or premises is located and in conformity with the health laws of the State of Texas; further, a dentist shall provide restroom facilities for staff and patients and use properly sterilized instruments and clean supplies.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
