(a) - (d)(No change.)

(e)Expiration and Reapplication. If an application is filed within six months [one year] of the expiration of a previous certification, license, or approval, the applicant shall also provide satisfactory evidence of completion of any continuing education that would have been required for a timely renewal of the previous certification, license, or approval. If the application for certification, license, or approval is filed more than six months [one year] after the expiration of the previous certification, license, or approval, the applicant must meet all then-current requirements for certification, licensure, or approval, including retaking and passing the examination.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
