Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

When the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures do not result in the full settlement of a matter, the parties, in conjunction with the mediator if applicable, may limit the issues in a contested case through the entry of written stipulations. Such stipulations shall be forwarded or formally presented to the administrative law judge assigned to conduct the contested case hearing on the merits and shall be made part of the hearing record.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
