Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
Pursuant to Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 53, Subchapter D and §1101.353, a person may request that the Commission [ commission] evaluate the person's eligibility for a specific occupational license regulated by the Commission [commission ] by:

  (1)submitting a request on a form approved by the Commission [commission] for that purpose; and

  (2)paying the required fee.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
