This subchapter does not apply to a contractor that has a contract for:

  (1)CMPAS;

  (2)SSPD;

  (3)SSPD - 24-hour shared attendant care; or

  (4)relocation services.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
