A developer shall give the Commission [commission] written notice of a change of the developer's mailing [permanent mail] address not later than the 10th day after the date [ within 10 days of the occurrence] of the change.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
