Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
A developer who uses [wishes to use] an assumed name under [in business as permitted by] §221.037(b) of the Texas Timeshare Act instead [in lieu] of using the full name of the developer shall notify the Commission [ commission] in writing at least 10 days before [prior to] using the assumed name.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
