(a)(No change.)

(b)The Commission [commission] shall not investigate a complaint submitted more than four years after the date of the transaction that is the subject of the complaint.

(c)A residential service company shall provide information or documents requested by the Commission [commission] or a Commission [commission] representative in the course of the investigation of a complaint not later than the 10th day after the date the request is received [within 10 working days of receipt of the request].

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
