Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form TREC No. 36-8 approved by the Commission in 2014 for use as an addendum to be added to promulgated forms in the sale of property subject to mandatory membership in an owners' association.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
