Unless specifically provided otherwise, the provisions of rules 110.1, 110.2 and 110.3 of this title (relating to Enteral Conscious Sedation) will become effective December 31, 2001.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
