Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form TREC No. 32-4 [3] approved by the Commission in 2015 [2012] for use as a condominium resale certificate.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the emergency adoption and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
