Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

(a)A certified or licensed appraiser, [or ] appraiser trainee, non-resident temporary practice registrant, applicant for renewal is subject to all provisions of the Act and board rules and shall, within 20 days of notice to said individual's address of record, unless granted a written extension by the board, answer all inquiries concerning matters under the jurisdiction of the board, and shall fully comply with final decisions and orders of the board.

(b)Failure to comply with this section constitutes a separate violation of §153.20(a)(2) of this title (relating to Guidelines for Revocation, Suspension or Denial of Licensure or Certification).

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
