   (10)Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) food--(formerly Potentially Hazardous Food) [Potentially hazardous food (time/temperature control for safety food)]--As defined in §228.2 [§229.162] of this title.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the emergency adoption and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
