Each public university and health-related institution with one or more doctoral programs on its program inventory shall collect and publish information on its website regarding the "Characteristics of Texas Public Doctoral Programs" as approved by the Board, on a schedule determined by the Commissioner. Each institution must develop and implement a plan for using the Characteristics of Texas Public Doctoral Programs for ongoing evaluation and quality improvement of each doctoral program.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
