Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
General dentists may announce the services available in their practice, including family dentistry, so long as they avoid any communications that express or imply specialization. General dentists shall also state that the services are provided by general dentists.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
