Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
A crematory establishment may accept deceased human remains for refrigeration before it receives authorization to cremate under Texas Health & Safety Code, Chapter 716 Subchapter B.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
