Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

A license issued by the board may not be suspended or revoked except after notice and opportunity for hearing pursuant to statutory obligation and these sections. If an appraiser trainee is a respondent, the board will also notify the trainee's sponsoring appraiser(s) of the hearing. The hearing shall be held at a time and place designated by the board.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
