Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

  (1)Commission--The Texas Real Estate Commission.

   (2)License Holder--A real estate broker or sales agent licensed under Chapter 1101, Texas Occupations Code.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
