Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

Licensees shall conduct authorized and necessary medical procedures[their practice] with honesty, integrity, and fair dealing in their practice of veterinary medicine.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
