Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

Licensees shall conduct their practice with honesty, integrity, and fair dealing. Unless otherwise provided for in law, licensees shall obtain consent prior to performing an examination or procedure.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
