Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The following are the three types of individualized skills and socialization:

  (1)on-site individualized skills and socialization;

   (2)off-site individualized skills and socialization; and

   (3)in-home individualized skills and socialization.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
