The Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) adopts the repeal of 22 TAC §153.16, Provisional License, without changes to the text as published in the May 30, 2014, issue of the Texas Register (39 TexReg 4099). The repeal results from the Board's quadrennial rule review process.
