Notice of Application for Sale, Transfer, or Merger
Notice is given to the public of an application filed with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (commission) on July 24, 2018, in accordance with the Texas Water Code. Docket Style and Number: Application of Summit Ridge, LLC and Bandera East Utility, LP for Sale, Transfer, or Merger of Facilities and Certificate Rights in Medina County, Docket Number 48541. The Application: The applicants entered into an asset purchase agreement in which Bandera East Utility, LP will purchase the water assets of Summit Ridge, LLC. Summit Ridge, LLC's certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) number 13264 will be cancelled and assets will be transferred to Bandera East Utility, LP's CCN number 13118. The transfer includes approximately 850 acres and 0 current customers. Persons who wish to intervene in the proceeding or comment upon the action sought should contact the commission as soon as possible as an intervention deadline will be imposed.
