Designated as presiding officer to the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority, for a term to expire February 1, 2019, Susan A. Melendez of El Paso, Texas (Ms. Melendez is being reappointed).

Appointed to the Environmental Flows Advisory Group, for a term to expire at the pleasure of the Governor, Emily K. Lindley of Austin, Texas (replacing Bryan W. Shaw, Ph.D. of Elgin).
