Notice is herby given that the Plateau Water Planning Group (Region J) will hold a public meeting to consider approving submittal of the Technical Memorandum to the Texas Water Development Board by the November 9, 2018, revised deadline. A draft of the Technical Memorandum can be viewed on the Plateau Water Planning Group website (http://www.ugra.org/plateau-water-planning-group) from October 10, 2018, to November 7, 2018.

Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at The Frio Canyon Baptist Church, 919 US-83, Leakey, Real County, Texas

Summary of proposed action:

The proposed action is to approve the submittal of the Technical Memorandum to the Texas Water Development Board.

The Planning Group will also consider requesting that the Texas Water Development Board remove the water user group identified as Kerr County Steam Electric Power from the TWDB planning database.

Public Comment:

Region J will accept written and oral comments from the public at the meeting listed above. Oral comments from the public meeting will be limited to 5 minutes each. Additionally, Region J will accept written public comments until November 7, 2018. Written comments should be sent to:
