| RULE §376.305 | Can additional services be provided? |
Yes. Other services may be provided if the service is not available from any other resource. Requests to provide additional services must be submitted through the Texas Department of Human Services for the approval of the director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The ORR director must approve services before they are delivered. |
