RULE §12.559Revegetation: Grazing

When the approved postmining land use is range or pasture land, the reclaimed land shall be used for livestock grazing at a grazing capacity approved by the Commission approximately equal to that for similar non-mined lands, for at least the last two full years of liability required under §12.560(b) of this title (relating to Revegetation: Standards for Success).
