RULE §730.1303Private (Ex Parte) Consultations

Any information considered by the hearing officer in deciding the appeal must be shared with the appellant or his authorized representative. Private (ex parte) consultations, whether oral or written, about the substantive issues of the appeal are allowed only if their substance is shared with all parties to the appeal.
