RULE §730.202Arrangements for Hearing

(a) Such public hearing will be held in Austin, at a date, time, and place determined by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.

(b) The date, time, and place of the public hearing will be filed with the secretary of state to be posted and published in the Texas Register. Notice of the public hearing will also be sent by the department to those persons, governmental subdivisions or agencies, or associations of at least 25 members who have requested a public hearing within the 30-day period.
