RULE §730.203 | Conduct of Hearing |
The presiding officer at the public hearing shall be the executive director of the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services or his designee. The presiding officer will ensure that proper procedure and order are maintained throughout the public hearing. In addition, other Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services employees and persons requested by the department may be present to advise the presiding officer, answer questions from the public, and perform other functions considered appropriate by the presiding officer. |
