| RULE §730.210 | Response to Public Comments |
The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services shall consider fully all written and oral submissions concerning the proposed rule. On adoption of a rule, the department, if requested to do so by an interested person either prior to adoption or within 30 days after adoption, shall issue a concise statement of the principal reasons for and against its adoption, incorporating in the statements its reasons for overruling the consideration urged against its adoption. |
