SUBCHAPTER CMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRE-PLACEMENT PORTION OF AN ADOPTION EVALUATION AND REPORT
RULE §735.311What are the requirements for visiting the adoptive parents' home during the pre-placement portion of an adoption evaluation?
(a) You must visit the home at least once.

(b) All members of the household must be present for the visit.

(c) You must document in the record the date of the visit, persons present, their relationship to the prospective adoptive family, and observations regarding health and safety issues in the home.
