SUBCHAPTER DMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST-PLACEMENT PORTION OF AN ADOPTION EVALUATION AND REPORT
RULE §735.407What must I document regarding interviews that I conduct for the post-placement portion of an adoption evaluation?

You must document all interviews and attempts to complete interviews. The documentation must include:

  (1) The date and method used to contact each required person;

  (2) The date of each interview;

  (3) Who was present at each interview and their relationship to the adoptive parents; and

  (4) A summary of each interview.
