RULE §101.805Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  (1) DARS--The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services.

  (2) STAP--Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program.
