SUBCHAPTER BADVISORY BOARD COMPOSITION, MEETING GUIDELINES
RULE §804.13General Advisory Board Responsibilities

The advisory board shall provide advice and recommendations to the Agency on:

  (1) the manner in which public junior colleges, public technical institutes, public state colleges, charter schools, and school districts apply for JET grants; and

   (2) the JET grants to be awarded by the Agency.
