RULE §856.50Post-Employment Services

(a) The Vocational Rehabilitation Division may provide post-employment services to customers in order to maintain or strengthen the customer's employment. A customer may be considered for post-employment services if he or she has an employment-related problem that does not entail a complex rehabilitation effort or address a new and distinct substantial impediment to employment.

(b) Post-employment services are services that are necessary for the customer to maintain, regain, or advance in an employment outcome that is consistent with the customer's strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice.
