(a) The Vocational Rehabilitation Division may provide
post-employment services to customers in order to maintain or strengthen
the customer's employment. A customer may be considered for post-employment
services if he or she has an employment-related problem that does
not entail a complex rehabilitation effort or address a new and distinct
substantial impediment to employment.
(b) Post-employment services are services that are
necessary for the customer to maintain, regain, or advance in an employment
outcome that is consistent with the customer's strengths, resources,
priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed
choice.
