| RULE §7.901 | Purpose |
The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the provisions for negotiation and mediation of certain contract claims against the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (TDMHMR), pursuant to the Government Code, §2260.052(c). |
