SUBCHAPTER AINTRODUCTION
RULE §43.2Application

This chapter applies to the following:

  (1) an individual or LAR who elects to manage services delivered through the SRO;

  (2) a representative;

  (3) an SRO provider;

  (4) a support advisor;

  (5) a service provider; and

  (6) a case manager or service coordinator.
