| (a) The Texas Department of Health adopts by reference a memorandum
of understanding (MOU) covering the positive results of testing conducted
for pesticide in food. The MOU is entered into between the Texas Department
of Health, Texas Department of Agriculture, Southwest Region of the United
States Food and Drug Administration, and the Office of the Texas State Chemist
of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station.
(b) Copies of the MOU are available on the Bureau of Food and
Drug Safety website, http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/bfds/bfds-hom.htm. Copies
are also filed in the office of the Bureau of Food and Drug Safety, Texas
Department of Health, 2201 Donley Drive, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78758, and
may be reviewed during regular business hours.
