(a) A trauma-informed foster family home that provides
a child's basic living needs, including food, clothing, shelter, education,
vocation, transportation, recreation, and extracurricular needs, which
may vary based on age and developmental level.
(b) This Service Package is designed to offer community-based
care for children, youth, and young adults based on their individual
strengths and needs, and in accordance with their customized Service
Plan and permanency goal.
(c) Child Placing Agencies and Foster Family Home
Caregivers must be Credentialed to provide T3C Basic Foster Family
Home Support Services in accordance with the guidelines and requirements
as defined by the Department of Family and Protective Services pursuant
to Chapter 40 of the Texas Human Resources Code.
