RULE §229.141 | General Provisions |
The purpose of the sections in this chapter is to provide assurance that facilities holding an approved narcotic drug permit are regulated under a set of minimum standards for the establishment and operation of a narcotic treatment program pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 466. Each facility shall be approved and monitored by the department at 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756. |
