SUBCHAPTER ZINSPECTION FEES FOR RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS
RULE §229.470Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to implement Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 437, which authorizes the department to collect fees and to conduct inspections requested or required by certain food establishments when exempt from permitting by the department.
