SUBCHAPTER APRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICE DISCLOSURE
RULE §229.3Fee

This subchapter applies to all prescription drug manufacturers reporting drug price information. A fee of $250 shall be submitted with each submitted annual report and price increase report.
